The Ozona Village Improvement Society (OVIS) creates, produces and distributes through old-fashioned mail a paper newsletter.  If you have a PO Box at the Ozona Post Office, you will find it there, the rest of the households (members or not) receive it in through USPS mail.  Below is the most recent newsletter:
